Camu Camu Bio is composed of 100% camu Camu (Myrciaria Dubia) powdered concentrate, without adding synthetic vitamin C.
Naturally rich in vitamin C, it brings it 160 mg per gram. A 1.25 g measurement provides 200 mg vitamin C, or 250% of the reference inputs.

Directions for use
It is advisable to take small amounts of Camu Camu repeatedly over the day to optimize assimilation. This can be taken during meals / snacks. Four half measures or two measures a day to be divided on your day.
Mix the powder in water, with a mashed fruit or almonds.
1.25 g of Camu Camu (a teaspoon) is 250% of the recommended daily intakes (daily inputs of reference).
For children under 10, consume 625 mg / day, or 100 mg vitamin C / day. What equates to half a measure per day.
Contraindications
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
