Birch sap harvested in Ardennes Belgian
Our birch sap is harvested in the forests of Vanoinval, in Wallonia, on birches carefully selected in a preserved environment.
Bio, not pasteurized and without preservative, it is then naturally lacto-fermented and completed by 5 buds extracts : Cassis, chestnut, hazel, ash and birch.

From the tree to your glass
A local and respectful harvest
In the spring, when the sap rises in the tree, the harvest is made artisanally on Strong and healthy birches.
A small drill at the bottom of the trunk makes it possible to collect the sap directly with a food grade pipe. The trees are carefully selected to respect their natural growth.
After harvest, the sap is quickly conditioned and kept cold to preserve its freshness before its natural evolution.

Fresh sap at lacto-fermented sap
