A multi-enzyme digestive complex
ZMATE® brings together 5 complementary enzymes capable of acting on different categories of nutrients present in the diet.
Amylase
Acts on complex carbohydrates, particularly present in bread, pasta, rice or potatoes.
Protease
Acts on the proteins present especially in meat, fish, eggs and legumes.
Lactase
Decomposes lactose into glucose and galactose.
Lipase
Acts on food greases by breaking down into fatty acids and glycerol.
Cellulase
Acts on cellulose, a constituent of vegetable fibers.
Tolerase® G
An enzyme specifically dedicated to gluten
Tolerase® G brings a prolyl-oligopeptidase which targets the specific peptide bonds of gluten proteins, especially those containing proline.
Tolerase® G
An enzymatic activity adapted to the stomach
Tolerase® G is a digestive enzyme whose activity is optimized for the stomach environment. It acts on gluten proteins by cutting some of their peptide links.
At the maximum dose of 3 capsules, gluzym brings 300 mg tolerase® g.
Important
Tolerase® G does not replace a gluten-free diet. gluzym is contraindicated in people with celiac disease.
