Obtaining traditional black garlic, non-tripling, is done by a mild and natural process (without any additives) from raw garlic. More specifically, the raw garlic is overall for 45 days at 60 ° C and 90% moisture, at low temperature for 2 to 3 weeks. 

A long process of aging

Lf-Il black contains no black garlic, but black garlic triply aged. This is a process divided into three different phases, for 3 months (instead of 3 weeks for standard fermented garlic)!  

Digestive tolerance & light smell

The black garlic from a triple aging has advantages:

  • It is easier to tolerate digestively.
