A formula targeting digestion & immunity
LF-Ginger combines a fermented ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) with vitamin B6 in its active form, pyridoxal-5'-phosphate.
Fermentation produces a ginger concentrated in bioavailable active substances, notably 6-paradol.
Ginger promotes normal digestion and, together with vitamin B6, contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

LF-Ginger uses a fermented ginger extract to obtain a profile concentrated in bioavailable active substances.
These include 6-paradol, a characteristic compound resulting from the transformation of certain ginger constituents.
Each daily dose of 2 capsules provides 4.5 mg of 6-paradol.
Fermentation
From ginger to 6-paradol
Ginger naturally contains various characteristic compounds, including gingerols and shogaols.
6-shogaol, present in small quantities in fresh ginger, can in turn be transformed into 6-paradol.
The process used for LF-Ginger produces an extract specifically standardised to 6-paradol, with a precisely defined amount in each capsule.
6-paradol
2.25 mg per capsule, i.e. 4.5 mg for the daily dose of 2 capsules.

Pyridoxal-5'-phosphate: the active form of B6
LF-Ginger combines its fermented ginger with vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P5P).
P5P is an active form of vitamin B6. At the dose of 2 capsules, LF-Ginger provides 6 mg of vitamin B6, i.e. 430% of the reference intakes.
Immunity
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Fatigue
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
