Difficulty getting to sleep can disrupt the rhythm of your nights. Phyto Sommeil combines melatonin, plant extracts, magnesium and B vitamins in a tablet with two release phases.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep. Passionflower and California poppy complete this plant-based formula, while magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

The Nutrigée difference
Two release phases in a single tablet
The bilayer technology has two stages: a first phase designed for falling asleep, notably with melatonin and California poppy, followed by a second phase combining passionflower, magnesium and vitamins.
This design spreads out the release of the ingredients, without having to take several doses during the evening.
