Two complementary forms of magnesium
CogniMag+ combines ATA Mg® and magnesium citrate, for a total intake of 300 mg of elemental magnesium with 6 capsules.
ATA Mg®
700 mg of magnesium acetyl taurinate per 6 capsules. This patented form was developed to offer excellent intestinal and neuronal absorption as well as good digestive tolerance.

1,600 mg of magnesium citrate per 6 capsules, combined with ATA Mg® in the formula.
