Nattokinase: an enzyme from Natto
The natto is a traditional Japanese food obtained from fermented soy beans. It is consumed in Japan in support of rice.
Its manufacturing is based on the fermentation of soy with the help of Bacillus subtilis var. natto. During this fermentation is produced a characteristic enzyme: the nattokinase.
NATTOKINASE strong uses Nattiase®, a Nattokinase obtained from fermented and standardized soy beans to provide an enzyme activity precisely defined.

Natto naturally contains from the vitamin k2. The Nattokinase used in strong Nattokinase comes from a natural fermentation of soybean, then a method of extraction and purification for obtaining a finite ingredient Vitamin K2 free.
