Take 1 teaspoon per day (3 g) with about 200 ml of water, during or after a meal.
Contraindications
Do not administer children under 18, nor to pregnant or lactating women. This supplement should not be used if other foods with the addition of 2'-fucosyllactose are consumed on the same day.
Retinol is not recommended for pregnant or eager women, as well as menopausal women.
Not recommended for people under anticoagulants.

Perméa-Mix combines L-glutamine, N-acetylglucosamine, 2'-fucosyllactose, L-threonine, turmeric, silicon, zinc and vitamins A, B2 & E in a formula designed around the intestinal mucosa, digestive comfort and immunity.
Vitamins A and B2 contribute to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, while vitamin A also contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

The intestinal mucosa forms the interface between the contents of the gut and the body.
Vitamin A
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. One serving provides 400 µg, i.e. 50% of the reference intakes.
Vitamin B2
Vitamin B2 also contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. One serving provides 0.7 mg, i.e. 50% of the reference intakes.

Each 3 g serving combines 2 g of L-glutamine, 500 mg of N-acetylglucosamine and 100 mg of L-threonine.
Amino acids & NAG
L-glutamine, L-threonine & N-acetylglucosamine
The formula provides a substantial amount of L-glutamine: 2 g per serving.
It is complemented by 100 mg of L-threonine, an essential amino acid that the body cannot synthesise itself.
Each serving also contains 500 mg of N-acetylglucosamine (NAG).

Perméa-Mix contains HydroCurc®, a water-dispersible turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa).
One serving provides 35.3 mg of HydroCurc®, including 30 mg of curcuminoids.

The formula also provides 250 mg of Care4U 2'-fucosyllactose per serving.
2'-fucosyllactose, also known as 2'-FL, is an oligosaccharide included in this formula alongside L-glutamine, N-acetylglucosamine and L-threonine.
