Directions for use
Once a day, take 1 teaspoon (3 g) with ± 200 ml of water during or after a meal.
Contraindications
Do not administer children under 18, nor to pregnant or lactating women. This supplement should not be used if other foods with the addition of 2'-fucosyllactose are consumed on the same day.
Retinol is not recommended for pregnant or eager women, as well as menopausal women.
Not recommended for people under anticoagulants.
Request the opinion of a doctor in case of liver or gallbladder diseases or in case of concomitant use of drugs.
