Multivitamins B-Methyl-homocyteine combines all B vitamins with betaine (TMG), choline and bisglycinate zinc.
Its peculiarity: vitamins B2, B6, B9 and B12 are made in active formsincluding pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, 5-MTHF and methylcobalamin.

Homocysteine is an intermediate amino acid naturally produced during metabolism of methionine.
Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. The formula associated them with betaine (TMG) and choline.

Directions for use
- Reducing fatigue: 1 capsule per day.
