Much more than a simple multivitamin
Multivitamin B-Methyl-Homocysteine combines all the B vitamins with betaine (TMG), choline and zinc bisglycinate.
What makes it special: vitamins B2, B6, B9 and B12 are provided in active forms, including pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, 5-MTHF and methylcobalamin.

Homocysteine
B vitamins involved in its metabolism
Homocysteine is an intermediate amino acid naturally produced during the metabolism of methionine.
Vitamins B6, B9 and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. The formula combines them with betaine (TMG) and choline.
