About 75 mg of natural caffeine / cup (5g).

Directions for use
For a cup, pour 125 ml of boiling water over 5 g (about 1 teaspoon) of ReiChi Cafe.
Sweet if necessary (from Steviabase) and add ± 30 ml of vegetable milk (almond milk, nuts ...).
To deploy all his aroma, whip everything preferably by hand. Enjoy 2 cups a day.
ENERGY Shake
- 2 teaspoons of ReiChi Cafe, 200 ml of soy or oatmeal milk, 1 banana, ½ c. cafe Steviabase, 1 c. Coco powder coffee.
- Put all the ingredients and mix by hand until a creamy consistency.
