Method of decafferational
- The roasted coffee used in Chi-Cafe Free is decaffeinated before roasting with dichloromethane (DCM).
- The DCM is used because it has very good disturbing properties for caffeine.
- The legal limits for the DCM in the green coffee are significantly lower and are reduced from 80 to 90% additional during roasting and subsequent grinding of coffee beans.
- The presence of DCM in the free chopafe is barely detectable, even with the most efficient analysis instruments.

Directions for use
For a cup: Pour 5g of Chi-Cafe® free (± 2 tbsp. To coffee) in 100ml of hot water.
Sweet as needed and add about 30 ml of vegetable drink. For a maximum of aromas, let it lather with a whisk.
Your instantaneous beverage made from Réishi mushroom, fiber, green and decaffeinated cafes, coconut, magnesium and vitamin B12.
