Multimagnesium combines 6 complementary forms of magnesium : malate, citrate, hydroxide, bisglycinate, glycerophosphate and taurate.
The daily dose provides a total of 300 mg of elemental magnesium, i.e. 80% of the Reference Intakes, complemented by active vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate.

Rather than relying on a single source, Multimagnesium combines six different forms of magnesium within a single formula.
