Directions for use
1 capsule per day with water, during meals.
The zinc in bisglycinate form is absorbed intact (ie glycine). Thus, it does not compete with other minerals for absorption in the intestinal tract, which is why it is possible to take it during meals.
Consumption must be limited to a few weeks / month (1 to 3x / year).
