Dissolve the resin in a warm liquid: water, milk, tea or another drink.
If the measuring spoon has been put in the mouth, wash it thoroughly with soap and water before using it again.

An increase in the uric acid rate would appear to be observed in some people. This is why shilajit is not recommended in case of high uric acid or drop.

Shilajit is a natural substance traditionally associated with the mountainous regions of Asia. Under the effect of heat, this dark, resinous material can seep out from the rocks.
Nicknamed “the black gold of the Himalayas”, Shilajit is notable for its richness in organic and mineral matter and in humic compounds, including fulvic acid.
