A unique and patented fermentation process
Xaventin is obtained from selected quality wheat germs, subjected to a long fermentation process.
Wheat germs are put in the presence of specific yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, under controlled conditions of pH and temperature.
The active principle obtained is called Xaventin pulvis, an extract of fermented wheat germs from this biotechnological process.

The idea behind the development of fermented wheat germs extracts is associated with the research of the Hungarian scientist Albert Szent-Györgyi, laureate of the Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine and in particular known for its work on vitamin C.
Xaventin exploits the embryonic part of the wheat grain, then a biotechnological process controlled fermentation to get Xaventin pulvis.

Xaventin brings only 0.04 g of lipids per 17g bag, while providing proteins, vitamin B1, phosphorus and molybdenum.
The product is elaborated from fermented wheat germ. Traces of gluten that can be present, Xaventin is contraindicated in case of celiac disease.

Directions for use
How to take Xaventin ?
- Pour the contents of the bag into a glass,
- Add 100-200 ml of cold water,
- Mix thoroughly until complete dissolution.
Xaventin In sachet can be dissolved in fresh drinks, tea, yogurt, cocoa or milk. A fresh or cold liquid makes the solution more pleasant to consume.
- Consume 1h before meals.
- Consume 2 hours before or after any vitamin C consumption.
Consumption according to weight:
- Below 50 kg = 1/2 bag / j
- In 50 and 90 kg = 1 bag / j
- More than 90 kg = 2 sachets / J
A dose of 8.5 g / day of Xaventin Pulvis (17 g of Xaventin) is equivalent to the consumption of 700 g of full wheat bread. Either 50x more than those who follow a diet based on complete wheat products!
