Directions for use
1 capsule per day with water, in the afternoon or at the end of the day.
The powder is not soluble. If the capsule is open, mix the powder with a compote.
Contraindications
Employment among pregnant women and people under antidepressant is not recommended (saffron). Not recommended for young children (3 years old).
