About decaffeinated coffee
Method of decafferational
The coffee used in Chi-Cafe® free is decaffeinated before roasting using dichloromethane (DCM), used for its dissolving properties vis-à-vis caffeine.
According to the manufacturer's information, the residual contents are subject to strict limits and are still strongly reduced during roasting and grinding grain.
Preparation
A creamy and comforting moment
Pay 5 g of Chi-Cafe® free — about 2 teaspoons — in 100 ml of hot water.
Add about 30 ml of vegetable drink according to your desires and lather with a whisk to get an even more unctuous texture.
