Folic Activ 'is rich in vitamin B9 (active form of folic acid) in a methyleous and active form, that is to say that no processing step is necessary in the body to benefit from its benefits.
Traditional complements contain vitamin B9 as a folic acid. The body must then turn it into its active form using 2 enzymes (DHFR and MTHFR). Unfortunately, some people are in deficit of these enzymes (or even totally inactive) and accumulate folic acid that remains inactive.
With Folic Activ ', you get a vitamin B9 active, directly usable by your organization.
In addition to being well assimilated and stable, our folic activ "is highly dosed in methylated vitamin B9, with 400 μg per capsule.
Pregnancy & serenity
