The Griffonia is a climbing plant of the family of fabaceae, native to the tropical regions of West and Central Africa.
His pods contain naturally rich seeds in 5-hydroxytryptophane, more commonly called 5-HTP.
In Griffonia activ', the seed extract is standardized to ensure a content of 30% of 5-HTP.
