In these cases, alkaline minerals can support you. These alkaline substances are found in quantity in fruits and vegetables that have by nature forte Potassium and magnesium content, but contain only low sodium traces. They are also found in the tablets of the alkaline formula of Dr. Jacob's®.
They are rich in vital substances, the reports of the highest scientific proceeding of the European Union (EFSA) have evaluated them very positively:
- of potassium To promote the maintenance of normal blood pressure,
- of magnesium To contribute to the reduction of fatigue, normal energy metabolism, to normal operation of the nervous system, normal psychological functions, as well as normal muscle function,
- the calcium promotes normal neurotransmission as well as a good functioning of digestive enzymes

Directions for use
To take 4 tablets twice a day, during or just after meals / snacks. Drink a lot!
Contraindications
Only use after consulting a doctor in the event of potassium balance disturbances (due to medicines), hyperkaliémia, alkalosis or renal failure. Not suitable for seniors or reinforced renal diseases, diabetes with insulin resistance, or treated for high blood pressure.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements can not replace a balanced and varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
