Directions for use
7 am, no black coffee! It is needlessly acidifying. Drink a Chi-cafe classic with a coffee taste, mainly based on acacia. Above all, it is a fabulous source of soluble plant fibre!
8 am, one scoop of Alkalising Formula to support healthy acid-base metabolism (zinc) and contribute to the reduction of your tiredness and fatigue. Prepare for a wonderful day, as well as a perfect terrain: an alkaline cellular environment. Taking Alkalising Formula in the morning facilitates the action of the 100% fermented pomegranate polyphenols (LIVE FERMENTATION THROUGH L.M. JACOBS PATENTED BIO-ACTIVATION).
10.30 am, the practical version of Dr. Jacob's® Original Pomegranate Elixir: 2 capsules of 100% fermented GranaProsan (EC patent) for better action of the fermented pomegranate polyphenols, and the success of your daily intake.
4.30 pm, another 2 capsules of 100% fermented GranaProsan (EC patent) for a complete daily boost of active polyphenols.
8.30 pm, after your meal, the ALKALINE DE-STRESSER: Alkalising Formula with added lemon balm, Alca-mélisse-B+. Stress causes acidity; lemon balm is a perfect natural relaxant for a good night’s sleep while managing our acidity.
