- Magnesium to contribute to your normal energy metabolism, reduced fatigue, a normal nervous system function and normal psychological functions (concentration, memory)
- Rich in potassium, low in sodium to help maintain a normal blood pressure.
- Zinc to support a normal acid-base metabolism, helping to maintain normal hair and nails and for normal glucose metabolism
- Rich in vitamins C, E, D, K, biotin and vitamin B complex (including vitamin B1 participating in a healthy heart function)

Directions for use
