Quercetin is part of polyphenols (flavonoids).
Dr. Jacob's® Quercetin-Phospholipid contains this precious secondary vegetable substance in a phospholipid complex. In this form, quercetin is 20x more bioavailable for the body than classical quercetin.
In synergy with Papain and Bromein
The combination of quercetin with the two vegetable enzymes, papain (of papaya) and Bromelain (pineapple), is what makes Dr. Jacob's®'s quercetin-phospholipid.
