7 o’clock : no black coffee! It is unnecessarily acidifying. Drink a Chi-Café proactive tasting like coffee, based on acacia. It is first of all a prebiotic vegetable intake that will stimulate the assimilation by your intestinal flora.

8 o’clock: a measure of the Alkalizing Formula to manage acidosis, boost your vital energy, reduce your tiredness. Prepare yourself a fantastic day and a perfect field, an alkaline cellular environment. Cellular acidity stimulates inflammatory process. Pomegranate polyphenols inhibit it. A morning intake of Alkalizing Formula facilitates the action of the 100% fermented pomegranate polyphenols (patented probiotic fermentation L.M. Jacob).
