How should you take ERGYTONIC Intense?
Adults: 3 capsules per day for one week, then 2 capsules per day, preferably with breakfast. Ages 12 to 18: 2 capsules per day.
When is it recommended?
- intense fatigue that does not improve with rest
- physical and mental exhaustion
- weakness following overtraining, during recovery or in the postpartum period
Contraindications
Suitable from 12 years of age.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women (eleuthero).
