Essential micronutrients during pregnancy
The Vitamin B9 contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and participates in normal blood training. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12 and C, as well as iron and magnesium, also contribute to toss.
