Take 2 capsules the day before your period, then up to 4 capsules per day during your period, according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The dose can be gradually adjusted from 4 to 3 then 2 capsules per day. The 4 capsules can be taken all at once.
Contraindications
The product sheet specifies not to exceed the recommended daily dose, to keep the product out of reach of children and to reserve it for adults. It is not recommended for pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant, nor for breastfeeding women, as well as in cases of hormonal treatment, personal or family history of breast cancer, biliary tract disorders, allergy to Asteraceae, or for individuals treated with certain medications such as anticoagulants, anticancer drugs and immunosuppressants. The product should be stored away from light, heat and moisture.
