The Eschscholtzia promotes the relaxation as well as mental and physical well-being, especially during periods when mental burden makes it more difficult to return to calm.

A synergy of assets for nervous balance
The formula brings 160 mg of GABA, a neurotransmitter naturally present in the brain, as well as 80 mg melissa, 50 mg of Eschscholtzia and 60 mg inositol for 2 capsules.
It is complemented by magnesium, zinc, copper and vitamins B3, B6 and B9. The magnesium and vitamins B3 and B6 contribute to the normal operation of the nervous system. Magnesium also helps reduce fatigue.
