Gluzym combines high performance enzymes such as α-amylase, protease, lactase, and lipase. These enzymes have been specifically chosen for their ability to break down macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, lactose, cellulose, grease, gluten).
Tolerase® G is a patented enzyme formulated to effectively target gluten components, even in the acidic stomach environment. Indeed, tolerase® G target and cuts the specific peptide bonds of gluten, especially those containing proline, an amino acid present in large quantity in gluten. This reduces the size of gluten fragments. Tolerase® G is not suitable for celiac disease, see 'Contraindications' tab.

Directions for use
