High quality ingredients
Gluzym combines high performance enzymes such as α-amylase, protease, lactase, cellulase and lipase. These enzymes have been specifically chosen for their ability to break down macronutrients: carbohydrates, proteins, lactose, cellulose, grease and gluten.
Tolerase® G is a patented enzyme formulated to effectively target gluten components, including in the acidic environment of the stomach. It cuts the specific peptide bonds of gluten, especially those containing proline, an amino acid present in large quantities in gluten. This reduces the size of gluten fragments.
Tolerase® G is not suitable for people with celiac disease. Please refer to the Contraindications tab before use.
Optimal release technology for targeted action
The two patented ingredients of gluzym, Zymate® and Tolerase® G, are encapsulated in vegetable capsules in Pullulalan. This format ensures optimal release directly into the stomach, from the beginning of digestion.
The start at the beginning of the meal allows the enzymes to be present at the moment when the food arrives in the stomach, to effectively accompany the degradation of the macronutrients.
