You find in particular in the Alkalinizing formula (in the form of citrate and therefore as an alkaline mineral) of Dr. Jacob's®. - metabolism carbohydrate normal
- function cognitive normal
You find it in the Neuro-ad concentration (in bislycinate form, very assimilable) of NATURAMedicatrix. - Normal synthesis of DNA
- fertility and normal reproduction
You find it in the Fertilhom and Inodys Fertility of NATURAMedicatrix. - Normal metabolism of macronutrients
- Normal metabolism of fatty acids
- Normal metabolism of vitamin A

What a privilege form?
Zinc, yes, but the oxide is not recommended. The citrates Are interesting because they constitute an alkaline mineral form. The bisglycinate constitutes a zinc form associated with two glycine molecules (amino acid). Its assimilation is improved and the food supplements that contain it can consume during meals because they do not compete with the other bivalent minerals of food (iron, copper ...).
Food source
Zinc must be brought by a balanced diet, and if necessary, dietary supplements, particularly in seniorsthe vegetarian and vegan whose diet contains fewer foods of animal origin, or not at all.
Zinc is also in plant foods, but phytates (fibers) they contain limit its assimilation.
Here is the amount of zinc found in 100 g of these foods:
