Directions for use
- For children under 35 kg:
2 capsules a day With water (eg morning, 1 to taste).
Possibility to open the capsule and mix the powder with a banana crushed for example.
Ideally place a capsule at breakfast and another to taste.
- For adults:
Up to 4 capsules a day with water.
Contraindications
Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Make sure your diet or that of your children do not contain too many quick sugars.
